Here are some scary facts about global warming that maybe you did not know.
The climate temperature has risen about one degree Fahrenheit around the whole world. In the Northern Hemisphere the spring ice thaw happened 9 days sooner than it did over 150 years ago.
The freeze that happens in the fall begins 10 days later than it did. The decade of the 1990’s was the warmest decade since the 1800’s. The hottest years on record were 1997, 1998, 2001, 2002 and 2003. Over a very long period of time, in Greenland the hugest ice sheet if melted holds enough water to raise the sea level about 23 feet.

Global Warming Effects
The temperature increase at the Arctic Ice which has been called the air conditioner for the top of the world will dramatically change the climate, since 1978, the temperature has gotten smaller by 9 percent over the decades.
